one 7/32″ dia. x 1 1/8″ long wood axle (#AXLE1)

Tools:
bandsaw, scroll saw or jig saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade
electric drill and 1 1/4″, 1/4″, 7/32″ and 5/32″ dia. drill bits

Supplies:
sandpaper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
glue-wood working glue for outdoors
