Just trace the main bodies onto 1-1/2″ thick wood, the fenders onto 3/4″ thick wood, cut out with a jigsaw, band saw or scroll saw, drill the holes, glue together and add the wheels.

These fun projects can be painted bright colors or left natural and sealed. (6″-11″ long)
